1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• All original tags, accessories, and parts (including all puzzle pieces) must be included.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

3. Return Shipping Costs (Who Pays?)

To remain fully transparent, our return shipping cost responsibilities are strictly divided as follows:

• When Puzzloom Pays (Defective or Incorrect Items): If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way (e.g., missing puzzle pieces upon arrival), we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your shipping costs upon receipt of the item.
• When the Customer Pays (Buyer's Remorse): If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you simply changed your mind (buyer's remorse), you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email our customer support at support@puzzloom.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your Order Number, the reason for the return, and attach clear photos or videos if the item is damaged or defective.
3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific instructions on how and where to send your package.

5. Refunds Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.
• Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different one (e.g., you ordered the wrong puzzle model), you will need to return the original item (customer covers return shipping) and place a new order on our website.

7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund before it has been processed and shipped. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the standard return process upon receiving the package.
